Here's a Thursday confession that's about 20 years overdue: I think of St. Patrick's Day as my personal holiday. Perhaps it's my name, perhaps it's the fact that I've been brought up on an Irish spoon by my maternal grandparents (although there definitely was Italian present too-for some reason I cling to the Emerald Aisle...I think it has to do with my paleness factor and freckles.)In any event:
May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!
